On-line access to your data is provided via Citrix, a system which lets you work from anywhere while data storage and processing remains on our secure servers. Once connected, you can add to or update your 1099 information at will. 

Data can be imported from a variety of file formats, entered directly on line, or a combination of the two. At appropriate times, we print, mail and electronically file your forms with IRS. 

When you correct or add to your 1099 data, our "intelligent correction logic" handles the change in the correct way depending on the status of the original record, mailing a corrected form and/or filing the correction with IRS in the proper manner.
